Love this concept, and 100% agree! I just started realizing this myself with my fear of going to the gym. The biggest thing that was giving me friction was not having a good plan/strategy, so I decided to use Gemini to build out a 5 day work-out plan that I have saved in my phone. It's made the routine so much more easier than in the past, it's not even close.
I love that you found something that worked for you Dido! And I totally get it, it makes it daunting (and awkward) if you arrive on the gym floor without an idea if what you’re actually going to do while there :)

I’ve realised something very simple for myself: as long as I keep doing everything harder, the more exhausting it feels.
Yes Ana!! In a lot of cases, there is an "easier" path, but we tend to make it harder on ourselves
“It’s not about trying harder. It’s about setting things up so you don’t have to.”
Love this. Thanks for sharing. A year long Latin American trip sounds like a real adventure. Looking forward to your posts.
Exactly! It's not about willpower, it's about making life easier for yourself—like putting your snacks out of reach.
Yes exactly Barry!
Hi! I love it. And we wrote our articles on the same day and about the same subject! But mine is in Brazilian Portuguese - another coincidence ;-)
This is so weird and so cool!!!
