Day 19: You Have 96 Days Left in 2025. Don't Waste Them.
September Rentrée Series
🍂 Welcome to the September Rentrée! Every weekday this month, you'll get one bold, bite-sized piece to spark reflection, shift your habits, and help you design a life that feels good in real life. 1 month. 20 bold truths. A life-changing September. In France, la rentrée (the return) is a national event. It's about fresh routines, new ideas, and intentional renewal. And that's exactly the energy we're bringing here!
Right now, you have 96 days until 2026.
Most people will sleepwalk through these days.
They’re coasting through September, and they’ll drift through October, write off November, and completely surrender December to the holidays.
They’ll wait for January. For the “fresh start.” For the symbolic clean slate.
But here’s what they don’t realise: the people who actually transform their lives don’t wait for January.
They start now.
So while everyone else is winding down, you could be winding up.
Whilst they’re thinking the year is over, you could be using these 96 days to build unstoppable momentum.
Do the maths: 96 days of consistent action. 96 days of small improvements. 96 days of evidence that you can change.
96 days of morning walks. 96 days of the business you’ve been planning.
96 days of meditation instead of scrolling. 96 days of date nights you keep postponing.
Whatever that might be for you, by January 1st, when everyone else is starting, you’ll be 96 days deep. You’ll have proof. You’ll have habits. You’ll have momentum.
You won’t be making resolutions. You’ll be celebrating results.
The Question That Changes Everything
Who do you want to be on December 31st?
Like, seriously?
The person making promises, or the person who kept them?
The person starting fresh, or the person who never stopped?
The person wishing they’d begun sooner, or the person who did?
96 days from now, you’ll be someone different regardless. Time doesn’t stop.
The only variable is whether you’ll be different by design or by default.
The clock is ticking. Not to pressure you, but to remind you: these days are passing anyway.
You can use them, or you can lose them.
But you can’t get them back.
96 days. Starting now.
What will you do with them?
With love,
Noemie x
