I’ve struggled with dopamine issues my whole life and it’s gotten me into trouble. Fortunately I didn’t stick with drinking or drugs but at one time, many years ago, I got high from Facebook. I am a multi-tasker. I am on my iPad as I eat breakfast, listen to this article and play multiple people chess online. This article made me realize how stimulated I am constantly. Awareness really is an important first step. I'm very conscious now about podcast when walking, learning videos in shower etc. let me know how it goes!

Oh yes. Listen to audio books and podcasts while doing anything that has me away from my desk! :)
