Who I Am (The Contradictions Edition)
I’m Noemie. Former Queen of Bad Habits turned Certified Health Coach and personal growth junkie.
I’m a badass with attitude who cries easily.
A wellbeing coach who loses herself in banging house music.
I work out, eat clean, and smash pizza every week.
I’m disciplined and chaotic.
Soft and hard.
Professional and wild.
The contradictions aren’t confusion. They’re what make me whole. They’re what make you whole too.
You were never meant to fit in one box.
The Transformation Nobody Tells You About (Still a Work in Progress)
Five years ago, I was smoking 20 a day, drinking too much red wine, running on three hours of sleep. Classic high-achiever self-neglect.
LegalTech Programme Manager by day. Party girl by night.
I knew what I should do. I did the opposite.
The problem was never willpower. It was that I was trying to fit “healthy habits” into a life (and a mind) that didn’t have room for them.
So I stopped asking “Why can’t I stick to this?” and started asking better questions:
What do I actually want my life to look like?
What would I have to stop doing to make room for this?
Everything changed after that.
Over five years, I quit drinking, stopped smoking, lost 20 kilos, rebuilt my health from the ground up, and completely rewired my relationship with myself.
I bounced back from burnout, kicked people-pleasing to the kerb, and finally learned how to say no without guilt.
No dramatic “aha moment”. No guru on a mountaintop. Just gradual change spiralling upward.
And here’s what I need you to know: I’m not selling you some inspirational before-and-after story where I’ve “arrived” and now have all the answers.
I’m still working on this.
Still catching myself people-pleasing sometimes. Still chasing perfection when I know better. Still having days where my inner critic is loud as fuck.
The difference?
I know how to work with myself now instead of against myself. I’ve got tools that actually help. And I’m in the trenches figuring this out right alongside you.
This isn’t inspiration porn. It’s real life, ongoing, imperfect progress.
The real breakthrough? I stopped seeing habit change as fighting myself and started seeing it as understanding myself.
I didn’t do it through hacks or hustle.
I did it with good therapy, bold boundaries, and intentionally designing a life that feels good, works for me, and absolutely lights me up.
The Problem With Wellness (And Why I’m So Tired of It)
I’m so tired of “wellness” content that makes life MORE stressful whilst promising to reduce stress.
Making protein shakes surrounded by 47 supplements.
Optimising sleep with three different apps.
Tracking everything.
Measuring everything. Feeling guilty about everything.
If your wellness routine creates anxiety, it’s not wellness. It’s just another performance.
The wellness industry loves selling you the idea that you’re broken and need fixing. That there’s one perfect morning routine, one ideal body, one correct way to live.
It’s guru BS. It’s toxic. And it doesn’t work for real humans with real lives.
You don’t need someone else’s plan. You need your own blueprint.
What Wellbeing by Design Actually Means
My approach is simple: translate science into soul.
Evidence-based tools that work in real, messy, everyday life. Fuelled by curiosity, small experiments, kind self-awareness, and sustainable practices.
You’re the expert of your life. I’ll help you cut through the noise and design habits, routines, and mindsets that actually work for you.
Not the Instagram version. The real version.
Wellbeing by Design isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about subtraction. It’s about understanding what’s quietly making everything harder, then clearing it out to make room for what actually matters.
