I slowly realized over the years it's better to stick to a simple plan than overwhelm yourself with a complex one. As for habits Sunday me thinks I'll do, daily reading has been hard for me to incorporate. Technically I read articles on Substack/Medium so it's not that bad haha.

Ha but that IS reading Constantin! It's just the real, Wednesday You version ;)

We need to stop shaming our Wednesday selves. They’re pretty rad.

You literally described the roller coaster I had been on for years. Although I try not to be there anymore, I finally have an explanation for what was happening to me. Your advice is wonderful and definitely works! I feel like this isn't talked about enough. Yes, there are many discussions about burnout, but I haven't come across anything like this before. Thank you for your wonderful work! <3

This made my whole day! I'm so glad it resonated and honestly the fact that this helped you make sense of what you were going through is exactly why I write about this stuff. So happy this was useful! 💛

This is an awesome post and makes sense of a lot. I love the Sunday You thinking and am definitely going to incorporate that language into my own (slightly hilarious) internal discussions.

I agree with starting small, I think it's necessary in order to lower your expectations. Cause high expectations kill the majority of your sustained motivation. Progress is always better than perfection, and if you can stay consistent, that's how you build self trust. So now you won't be doing stuff out of a place of fear anymore.

Yes! High expectations killing motivation is so real. And you're right, consistency builds self-trust which is basically the whole game. Once you're acting from that place instead of fear, everything shifts. Thanks for reading Dido!
