🔴 The MAKE SPACE Method™ is live!
I've been building something. Here it is.
I’m going to be honest: I’m a little emotional writing this.
I built something.
From scratch, across six countries, in between bus rides and Airbnb check-ins and more Descript exports than I care to count.
I’ve been a coach for 2 years now, and this is the very first time I’ve taken everything I’ve learned and put it somewhere people can actually use it, at their own pace, without needing me in the room.
It opens today.
Here’s why I built it.
A few years ago, I was running on red wine, caffeine, and cortisol. Smoking 20 cigarettes a day while downloading meditation apps. Making the same promises every Sunday night and breaking them by Wednesday.
Every time something didn’t work, I added something new. A new app. A new routine. A fresh-start Monday. I never once thought to ask: what if the problem isn’t that I’m not doing enough? What if I’m doing too much of the wrong stuff?
Then I burned out. Spectacularly.
And instead of rebuilding with more habits, more rules, more discipline, I started subtracting. One thing at a time. Quietly. Boringly.
The biggest thing I removed was alcohol (1,000+ days ago now). But that wasn’t the start.
The start was the moment I stopped trying to shove good habits into a life with zero room for them.
And here’s what I didn’t expect: the habits I’d been forcing for years started showing up on their own. Because there was finally room.
If you've ever made a plan on Sunday night and watched it quietly collapse by Wednesday, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
That’s what the MAKE SPACE Method™ is.
The framework I built from everything I learned. It starts where nothing else does: by clearing space before you try to fill it.

This is genius. Can wholeheartedly testify from my years of failing, reading and failing: subtraction is the thing. Once you clear stuff away, the solutions take care of themselves almost magically.
“The habits I’d been forcing for years started showing up on their own.” - never a truer word.
Thank you Will!! That's exactly it, you spend years forcing everything, then you remove the noise and suddenly there's room for the stuff that actually matters 💛
