A few years ago, I had EVERY bad habit in the book. You name it, I was probably doing it (or not doing it, in the case of healthy habits). And I was that person who'd tried everything: the latest diets, the trendy workouts, the wellness fads. And like many of you, I blamed myself when none of it stuck.
But here's the plot twist: the problem was never me. And if you're reading this, the problem isn't you either.
The problem is the approach.
See, the wellness industry loves to sell us quick fixes and miracle solutions. Take this supplement, try this 30-day challenge, drink this special tea (spoiler: it's usually just laxatives in disguise). But real, lasting change? It doesn't work that way.
What actually works is something entirely different. Something I discovered through years of personal experimentation, my training as a Certified Health Coach, research, and yes, plenty of failures. It's an approach based on five key pillars:
