Thank you for being so open, John! Fear has such a sneaky way of holding us back from the things we want most. I’ve been there too. Start small, build confidence, and before you know it, you’ll be on your way. What part of this dream matters most to you right now? I hope you give yourself that experience. 🇮🇹❤️
That's so inspiring, Noemie! Courage isn't the absence of fear, but the decision to act despite it, and you embody that perfectly. I can't wait to hear the stories from Latin America!
Love this, can relate: ‘the fear of regret is bigger than the fear of the unknown.’ This is how I’ve run my life too. Excited to hear of your adventures.
Noemie, I so enjoy your writings and thoughts. Of course, I wish you and your husband well and great fun, fabulous "stretches" as you plunge ahead, in spite of your fears. I look forward to reading about your adventures (and what more you learn about yourself along the way).
Anita! You are such a darling, thank you!! And for the lovely feedback, it means a lot. I don’t think I even realise the exciting adventures ahead of us, but I am definitely very excited about the self-discovery the journey will bring :)
I love that adventurous and courageous spirit. I’m also living my version of what I would do if I wasn’t afraid. Every time I think I won’t survive unpredictable situations, I always do and this made me feel absolutely fearless of taking the leap into my next fear. Have fun on your trip, if you make it to Brazil, Salvador and Itacare are beautiful.
Noemie this is so badass and secretly makes me so excited to live vicariously through you. 😂 South America absolutely steals my heart every time I visit. I have done a number of Chile trips and a few weeks in Peru—so can’t give you travel tips in Argentina. But if you guys decide you want to extend your stay and explore the Patagonia region I have a friend who’s family owns a 100,000 acre sheep farm down on Tierra del Fuego who are always looking for help. 😅 Absolutely incredible area.
Cant wait to read more about your adventures! ❤️🙏🏼
You’ve seen right through me. I’m the person you talk about in your podcast. My desire is to travel and my fear is of traveling !
I only go on short trips.
My dream is to go to the home of my grandparents. Italy.
I keep talking about it and looking at YouTube videos and circling and circling and for decades I can never push the button.
So, I will try your method and suggestion.
My regrets are mounting.
Thanks for sharing your honesty. 🙏

Agree. Start small and build :)
I’m the biggest fan of micro habits because they help us build confidence and trust in ourselves :)
Its crazy I journaled about this on my flight last night…
You know what they say, great minds think alike ;)
