I knew this paradoxical intervention before, I only was reminded by your posting last night. Dunno. It felt as if trying to stay awake didn't calm me down or quiet my mind. Tried a (rather boring) podcast at first, then meditative breathing, the some eye-movements I lately learned about (Huberman mentioned them). It usually just takes time, one or two hours, then I fall asleep again. The next day is missing energy sure, and the hunger from the ghrelin.
I read a lot about these issues, keep up a routine etc, but don't really achieve a noticeable change. It stays problematic.
Reading this at 2am. Time to take that to the test.
Let me know how it goes for you Stefan 💛

Let me DM you with something that might help Stefan
Sure, thank you
